Our Size Guarantee is our promise to you that if the ring you order from us doesn't fit , we'll take care of it, no questions asked. We want you to have a ring that fits just right, and we'll do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
Free resizing
If your ring doesn't fit as expected, we offer free resizing to ensure it fits comfortably on your finger. Contact us via the contact page for your preferred size. If you are struggling to figure out your ring size grab one of our ring sizers its free or check out how to find ring size at home to get an accurate size without the ring sizer. Once done so send us back the other ring (you will have to cover the shipping back to us). Once we have received it we will dispatch your new one and we will cover shipping costs to resend it out.
Fast turnaround
We strive to complete the resizing process as quickly as possible. We understand the anticipation of wearing your new ring, and we'll make every effort to get it back to you promptly. Note: Please ensure that the ring is in its original condition and packaging when returning it for resizing. The Size Guarantee is applicable within 14 days from the delivery date.
