Ring Size Guarantee

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. If your ring doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for another size.

How it works

• One size exchange per ring, requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The ring must be unworn (apart from trying it on), undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
• You pay the postage to send the ring back to us (please use a tracked service). We pay express postage to send your new size to you within Australia. For international orders, postage for the new size is charged at cost.
• Exchanges are subject to stock. If your new size isn't available, you can wait for it to be restocked or choose store credit for the price you paid.
• Applies to full-price and sale rings bought on hiatuscollection.com.au. Rings that have been resized or altered by anyone other than us can't be exchanged.
